Sports Massage

A deeper massage focusing on specific muscles and joints. Sports Massage helps reduce the risk of injury, speeds up recovery after exercise, and prevents small strains from turning into bigger problem.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a highly effective technique used to release muscular tension, relieve pain, and improve ,mobility. Fine, sterile needles are gently inserted into trigger points (knots) within the muscle to stimulate and natural healing response.

This treatment can be added to your Sports Massage or Swedish Massage at no extra cost, for a truly tailored and effective session.

Ideal for:

Persistent muscular tightness
Sports-related injuries
Chronic pain or restricted movement

Releasing trigger points that don’t respond to massage alone

Swedish Body Massage – 60 mins £45.00
A classic full-body treatment using flowing, rhythmic techniques to relax muscles, ease stress, and boost circulation. Dry Needling can be included at no extra cost for deeper muscular release.
Back Massage – 25 mins £30.00 | 45 mins £40.00
Targets tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Perfect for repetitive strain, desk-related tightness, or general aches.

Reflexology – 45 mins £40.00
A deeply relaxing foot treatment that improves energy flow, boosts circulation, and supports the body’s natural detox process.

At the age of 28 I had had a varied and enjoyable career but wanted to specialise in something and get some qualifications under my belt. I guess I wanted a trade of some description so I could have the option of having a side-line career or even making a complete career change at a later date. Future planning is what stemmed this journey so that I could have flexibility around the family I was at the time planning to have but have since started. After much researching into Holistic training courses and being alarmed at the duration, the cost and the location of these courses whilst wondering how I was going to make this work around a full time job I stumbled upon Julies website. I couldn’t have been more elated that not only was Julie local, she lived up the road from my Mother in Law. Over a duration of approximately 2 years I have studied Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Hot stone massage, Warm Bamboo massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Reiki. I will also be undertaking a minimum of two more courses with Julie in the coming months. Julie has a wealth of experience and knowledge and what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. Julies courses are competitively priced but the selling point for me on top of the location, cost and free parking was the fact that Julie tailored each course for me and around me to ensure I could fit it in around a full time job (this included evenings and weekends) but gaining all the knowledge, experience and qualifications I needed. Julie works from home in a beautiful log cabin in an immaculate garden that isn’t only stunning its tranquil. What more could you ask for, it’s certainly beats the bog standard classroom environment and you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and excited about the classes you have just undertaken. Julie has been very supportive to me and is always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions you might have. I even managed to fit in a baby in between my courses and Julie has provided much need supported in refreshing my skills and knowledge that I lost to “baby brain”. I cannot recommend Julie enough and I will continue to use Therapy Courses to gain my qualifications and embark on the next chapter of my working life.

In 201 I decided to change my career. I decided that I would like to become a therapist. I enrolled on the Reflexology course at Salisbury College. There I had the good fortune to have Julie Streeter as my tutor. Inspired by this I enrolled on courses with Julie in Touch for Health, Swedish body massage, Indian head massage and also became a Reiki Master with Julie, which is now a way of life for me. I have since gone on to train in NLP and Hypnotherapy. I now have a unique and very successful practice in which I use all of my skills.
